2022 Good Quality R134a Ac Gauge Set - HVAC Refrigerant Manifold Gauge Set – Poly Run Detail:
Poly Run offers professional quality A/C manifold gauge sets for market. Our manifold gauge sets are constructed of the finest materials and machined with precision to the highest quality standards. Every manifold we build is built to last.
This heavy duty manifold features cast aluminium ( or brass) and full size metal handles. Finger-tight one-piece valve stem for positive seal on nylon seat. Easy, accurate valve adjustment. Dual temperature/pressure gauge has bar with °C and psi with °F.
2- 1/2″ Gauges
1/2″ ACME & 1/4” SAE connector
Solid extruded aluminum body ( Brass material body is available)
Free-floating piston type valves reduce o-ring wear
Extra access port for vacuum line
Gauges can be easily recalibrated in the field to maintain accuracy
Extra large sight glass for visual refrigerant check
Large easy-to-grip knobs
Contains Manifold Gauge, 3*60’ professional charging hose with WP/BP 600/3000 psi meeting the SAE J2196, one set manual quick coupler ( or snap design for option) and other components (i.e. Can tap, adaptor, etc for option).
Applications
1. The Red HP Gauge is used to measure high-pressure compressor discharge side pressure.
2. The Blue LP Gauge is used to measure low-pressure side suction or pressure.
3. The Manifold Valves control the flow of refrigerant to and from the Yellow Hose, also called the Charge Hose.
4. The Coupler Valves control the flow to the Gauges from the Red and Blue Hoses.
5. The Sight Glass allows checking the appearance of the refrigerant.
6. The Yellow Hose, also called Charge Hose can be used three ways:
a. Refrigerant recovery/evacuation.
b. Charging (filling) the system.
c. For checking, attach the Yellow Hose to both branches of the T-fitting to reduce the risk of leaks.
7. The charge valve allows for simultaneous connection of a refrigerant recovery system.
Important Notes
A system that has been opened or one that is found to be excessively low on refrigerant pressure as a result of a leak, must be fully evacuated by means of recycling and deep vacuum.
A system that has been evacuated must be repaired, leak tested and evacuated again to 29” Hg before charging.
If charging on the liquid or High Side, use only the High Side valve on the manifold gauge set. Make sure the Low Side valve is closed.
After charging, test the system by turning on the engine and running the A/C with both valves closed on the manifold.
After testing, disconnect the couplers from the system and make sure to use a recovery/recycling machine to evacuate any refrigerant remaining in the hoses.
