Li-battery Vacuum Pump with Brushless Motor
Poly Run has released its 20v Lithium Battery Operated Vacuum Pump. Both for Single & Dual Stage Li-battery operated vacuum pump out in the market.
Brushless DC motor is a typical mechatronics product, with lower noise and durable life time, which is composed of motor body and driver. Since the brushless DC motor operates in a self-control mode, it will not add a starting winding on the rotor like the synchronous motor started under heavy load under variable frequency speed regulation, nor will it produce oscillation and out of step when the load changes suddenly.
This is the perfect vacuum pump for home use, small commercial service and installs, and also for automotive A/C charging where power supply can be an issue. The pump comes with standard battery fitting. These vacuum pumps have been tested with a fully charged 3ah Makita battery, lasting an impressive 60-90 minutes which is more than enough time to carry out an install or service.
The Li-battery vacuum pump comes with a check valve in order to avoid oil backup into the charging hoses and contaminating the system, and potentially ruining your manifold.
The Poly Run Li-battery vacuum is equipped with Makita adapter included in the box since the Makita battery can buy easily all over the world. However, the other adapters (such as Milwaukee/Dewalt) are under development to meet more customers’ requirements.
